Before you pay

• Age requirement: guests must be 25+.
• House rules: 2 TOTAL PEOPLE allowed anytime in the home, NO VISITORS, NO SMOKING.
• Verification required: signed waiver and photo ID required before arrival.
• Damage authorization hold: A $250 damage authorization hold will be placed on the card the day before check-in to cover damages or rule violations, including exceeding the 2-guest maximum, unauthorized visitors, or smoking. By completing payment, you authorize us to securely store your card on file for this hold. Any applicable charges will be documented. If documented damages or violations exceed the authorization hold, the card on file may be charged for the additional amount. Unused holds are released after checkout. A valid credit card is required for booking and for the damage authorization hold.
• Valentine’s Day Cancellation Policy: Due to the high-demand nature of this date, this reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable once payment is completed, regardless of cancellation date.
• Check-in requirements: If the damage authorization hold is declined, or if the signed waiver and photo ID are not received by the day before check-in, access will not be granted and the booking will be non-refundable.

By proceeding to payment, you acknowledge and agree to the requirements listed above. A signed waiver containing the full house rules will be required before arrival.
